Create a Profile Report
Tagger’s Report Builder enables users to create custom reports on a Tagger Profile.
Access Report Builder by selecting the graph icon located in the Navigation Bar.
Within Report Builder, users are able to choose from creating and customizing a Profile Report or a Campaign Report.
Blank Report
Once in Report Builder, users are able to create new reports. To create a Profile Report follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Select the card that reads “Blank Report”.
Step 2:
Name the new report.
Step 3:
Create the new Profile Report using Report Builder features.
Please note, that while creating a Report, users have the ability to save their progress at any time to create a new Template.
In order to save the Report as a new Template, select the ellipse then “Save as Template,” highlighted below.

Existing Templates
There are four default Tagger Templates available to users:
Tagger Default Template: Designed to highlight the selected Profile as a whole, this template closely resembles the “Overview” tab on a Profile.
Tagger Content Template: A template designed to highlight the selected Profile’s Content and Health metrics associated with them.
Tagger Graph Template: This template highlights an array of metrics displayed as graphs regarding the selected Profile.
Tagger Notes Template: This template is designed to help users add custom notes about the selected Profile. Similar to the Default Template, this section is designed for users to add any custom notes about the selected Profile.
Selecting a template card will generate a new report.
After choosing a template and naming the report users will be asked to "+ Add a Creator". Here, users are able to:
Import Creators from a Campaign
Import Creators using Labels
or Select Profiles (using Discovery)
Tagger Templates are unable to be removed from the Report Builder dashboard. To edit or remove a template created by a user within the Organization follow the steps below.
Step 1:
Hover over the template card, and select the ellipse.
Step 2:
Select "Edit" or "Remove".
Create a New Template
Users are able to build Profile Report templates from scratch by following the steps below.
Step 1:
Select the ellipse, then “Create a New Template”, highlighted below.
Step 2:
Name the new template.
A blank canvas will open, allowing for users to fully customize a Profile Report Template using the methodologies listed below.
Before diving into the specifics of applicable metrics within Report Builder, it is important to understand a few settings.
Icon Key
There are four icons users will encounter within Report Builder. These icons will populate over every section within the Profile Report.
Trashcan: Delete the specified item or page.
Pencil: Edit the specified window.
A significant role in the format of the data and the selection of the metrics users wish to display.
Select this icon within the desired section of the Profile Report in Report Builder. A page populates from the left where users are able to select the specific metrics that will appear within the section.
Duplicate: Create an exact copy of the selected window or page.
When selected on the page level, the page that will be reproduced is the final page of the report.
Lock: Lock a window in place.
When users are reformatting the report by dragging windows, the locked window(s) remain in place.
Profile Report Builder: Library
Profile
Select "Profile" from the Library.
Select from the following section to add to the Profile Report.
Photo
Add a customizable photo of the selected Creator.
Edit the photo by selecting the pencil icon that appears when hovering over the section in the report.
Global Default: The photo is pulled directly from one of the Creator’s linked social accounts.
Organizational Default: The photo that an Organization member uploaded aa custom photo for the Creator on their Tagger Profile.
Custom: Add or Drag a custom photo of the selected Creator.
Details
Select the details, derived from the Creator's Profile, to be displayed within this section.
To add an element, select "+". To remove an element, select the trash icon.
Name: The Profile’s name on Tagger.
Location and Gender: The Profile’s location and gender. Select the arrow to parse out location/gender
Website: Display the website associated with the selected Profile.
Platforms: Display the platforms associated with the selected Profile. Select the dropdown arrow to customize what platforms are shown.
Tier: Display the selected Profile’s tier based on their follower size.
Category: Display the selected Profile’s category within Tagger
Email: Display the selected Profile’s email associated with their linked social accounts or added in manually by someone in your Organization.
Followers: Display the amount of total followers this Profile has obtained.
Authentic Follower Analysis: Display the Profile’s Authentic Follower Analysis score.
Labels: Display any labels the selected Profile is tagged with in your Organization. Select the dropdown arrow to customize these elements even further, including displaying the LDA and HFSS labels.
Platforms
View metrics surrounding the Creator's connected social platforms.
Choose from the following metrics to be displayed.
Follower Count: Display the follower count for each platform
90d Change: Display the 90 day follower change for each platform. This percentage can be accompanied with a chart that can be toggled on or off.
Growth Rate: Display the growth rate for each platform on a generalized percentile basis.
ER: Display the Engagement Rate for each platform for the selected Profile.
Platform Tier: Display the tier based on follower count for each platform on the selected Profile.
Please note, the Platform Name column is fixed to be the first column shown, and cannot be deleted. Users are able to customize the platforms shown, as well as the order in which they are shown.
Bio
Display the bio for the selected Profile.
Global Default: Bio is pulled directly from one of the Profile’s attached social media accounts.
Organizational Default: Bio is customized amongst the Organization and pulled directly from the selected Profile’s About Page.
Custom: Create a custom bio directly within the Report Builder.
Affinity
Display the selected Profile’s Affinities within the Profile Report.
Please note, that the name of the Affinity Profiles lives in the first column which is fixed, and, therefore, unable to be customized. This window can be customized in the following ways:
Profile Type: Indicated whether the selected Profile’s Affinities are individuals or brands.
Users have the ability to show all Profile Types or filter by this metric using the associated dropdown.
Category: Display the Tagger Category that most represents the selected Profile’s Affinities.
Users have the ability to filter by Category using the associated dropdown.
Please note, in order to select a Category, users must first select a Profile Type.
Audience Size: Customize the Affinities shown based on their audience sizes.
Number of Top Profiles: Customize the number of the Profile’s shown within this window from as little as 1 to as much as 10.
Affinity by Category
Display the selected Profile’s Affinity share by Category.
Please note, the Category column is fixed in the first position, otherwise the window can be customized in the following ways:
Profile Type: Display the Profile Type associated with the Category.
Users are able to utilize the associated dropdown to hone in on a specific Profile Type.
Percentage: Display the percentage breakdown of what type of Profiles make up the selected Profile’s Affinities.
Number of Top Categories: Customize the number of Categories shown in this window from 1 to 10.
Mentions By Category
Display the selected Profile's mentions by Tagger Category.
Please note, that the Category column is fixed in the first position otherwise the window can be customized in the following ways:
About Profile: Display the mentions that have been made about the selected Profile.
By Profile: Display the mentions that have been by the selected Profile.
Profile Type: Select between mentions made about or by Brand Profiles or Individual Profiles.
Posts: Select between data regarding Sponsored or Organic content.
Number of Top Categories: Select the number of Categories displayed within the section.
Twitch Metrics
Display the Twitch metrics associated with the selected Profile.
Audience
Users are able to choose to display demographic data for the selected Profile within these Reports. All of the following demographic fields can be sourced from the user’s choice of Instagram, Twitter, or YouTube data.
Age
Display the age breakdown of a Profile’s audience using a pie chart, bar graph, or table.
Gender
Display the gender breakdown of a Profile’s audience using a pie chart, bar graph, or table.
Ethnicity
Display the ethnicity breakdown of a Profile’s audience using a pie chart, bar graph, or table.
Language
Display the breakdown of language spoken amongst a Profile’s audience using a pie chart, bar graph, or table. Tagger allows for full customization of number of values shown for this data.
Location
Display the location breakdown of a Profile’s audience using a pie chart, bar graph, or table. Tagger allows for full customization of number of values shown for this data. Select from an array of location levels, including: countries, cities, US States, Canadian Provinces, and Brazilian States.
Content
Users are able to choose content from the selected Profile within Profile Reports. All of the following content fields can be sourced from the user’s choice of Instagram, Twitter, or YouTube data.
Content
Select the desired content from the selected Creator using the following
Engagement by Platform
This section shows the content with the highest engagement, however users are given full autonomy of content shown by selecting “Manual” within the edit screen. Users also have the ability to customize the number of posts as well as format the number of columns of content to be shown.
Display the selected Profile’s engagement performance by platform either in the form of a bar graph or a list.
Graph
Change Platforms: Select the social platform the engagements data is pulled from.
Toggle Benchmark: Display the benchmark next to the selected Profile’s engagement metrics.
When calculated, this benchmark accounts for, both, follower count and Profile Category.
Toggle Legend : Display the legend indicating which color on the graph pertains to the Profile data, and which color pertains to benchmark data.
Change Metric: Users are able to select which calculation to utilize when calculating Engagement for the different content types.
Post Type: Decide between Organic or Sponsored content.
Sort by: Users are able to sort the information according different sort functions.
List
Change Platforms: Select the social platform the engagements data is pulled from.
Post Type: Decide between organic or sponsored content.
Sort by: Users are able to sort the information according different sort functions.
Choose Columns : Customize the columns to be shown in the list.
Choose Content Types: Display the type of content native to the selected platform that is to be shown.
Most Discussed Categories
Display the most discussed Categories by the selected Profile. Customize how many categories are to be shown for brand Profiles or Creator Profiles.
Custom
Users are able to add custom sections to their Profile Report that consist of an image or text.
Text: Add a textbox that can be customized within the Profile Report.
Image: Add a photo that can be customized within the Profile Report.
Settings Gear
The default view within Report Builder is Library View, which displays all the applicable metrics in the toolbar to the left. “Settings View” is accessible by selecting the gear icon, highlighted below.
If there is a distinct theme or color scheme to be reflected within the Profile Report, users are able to change color schemes and fonts.
Choose from a set of pre-baked colors, or visit this website to customize colors. After selecting the desired color, copy the HEX code and paste it in front of a “#”.
Primary Color: The color of the top value on any graphs, as well as any clickable links.
Secondary Color: The color of any secondary values on graphs.
Border Color: This setting changes the color of any borders applied around sections within the report.
Primary Font: This setting changes title fonts.
Secondary Font: This setting changes any content fonts.
Always Show Grid: When toggled on, the grid will always be shown.
This toggle is defaulted off, which will only display the grid only when a user hovers over the report.
