Users have the ability to create custom Campaign Reports using Report Builder.
To access Report Builder, elect the graph icon located in the Navigation Bar.
Select “Campaign”, located at the top of the page.
Create a Campaign Report
Users are able to do the following for Campaigns
Create a template
Selects one of the provided Tagger templates
Start a blank report
Create a Tempalte
Users are able to build Campaign Report templates from scratch by following the steps below.
Step 1:
Select the ellipse in the top right of the Create a Report section, then “Create a New Template”, highlighted below.
Step 2:
Name the new template.
Select a Tagger Template
There are six default Tagger Templates available to users:
Tagger Engagement Template: Tell an in-depth story of the Campaign by breaking out performance and posts by social channel.
Tagger Horizontal Template: Highlighting Campaign statistics and top performing Campaign posts in a horizontal design.
Tagger Vertical Template: Designed to be a Campaign wrap-up, this template highlights Campaign stats and top-performing posts laid out in a vertical design.
Tagger Summary Template: Resembles Tagger Default Summary and focuses on highlighting Campaign Creators by engagement rate.
Tagger Default Summary: An overview of the Campaign that closely resembles the Campaign Summary within Tagger's Platform.
Tagger Column Template: This template highlights Campaign Summary metrics, Campaign Platforms, Creators and Content, in a vertical fashion.
Select a template card, name the new Campaign Report, and select the desired Campaign.
Tagger Templates are unable to be removed from the Report Builder dashboard. To edit or remove a template created by a user within the Organization follow the steps below.
Step 1:
Hover over the template card, select the ellipse.
Select "Edit" or "Remove".
Start a Blank Report
Once in Report Builder, users are able to create new reports. To create a Campaign Report follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Select the card that reads “Blank Report”.
Step 2:
Name the new Campaign Report and select the desired Campaign.
Step 3:
Edit the Campaign Report.
Customize Campaign Reports
Icon Key
There are four icons users will encounter within Report Builder. These icons will populate over every section within the Campaign Report.
Trashcan: Delete the specified item or page.
Pencil: Edit the specified window.
Select this icon within the desired section of the Campaign Report in Report Builder.
A page populates from the left where users are able to select the specific metrics that will appear within the section.
Duplicate: Create an exact copy of the selected window or page.
When selected on the page level, the page that will be reproduced is the final page of the report.
Lock: Lock a window in place.
When users are reformatting the report by dragging windows, the locked window(s) remain in place.
Report Builders flexibility allows users to highlight specific metrics, content, and influencers to create reports on Campaign-specific KPI’s that users value most.
Campaign Report Builder: Library
Campaign
Select "Campaigns" from the Report Builder Library on the left.
Select from the following Library sections to add to the Campaign Report.
Details
Select the details, derived from the Campaign information, to be shown within the Campaign Report.
Users are able to select from the following information within the Details section:
Name: The name of the Campaign Report.
Campaign Hashtags: Display any hashtags associated with the Campaign.
Campaign Duration: Display the duration of the Campaign.
Brand Name: Display the name of the Brand the Campaign surrounds.
Campaign Description: Users are able to include the Campaign Description set out in Campaign Details.
Brand
Add the brand's logo by selecting "Brand" from the Campaign Report Builder Library.
Edit this section in the following ways:
Utilize default brand logo or upload a new photo.
Decide whether the logo is scaled or fit to the element window.
Show the logo caption.
Add borders to the element.
Performance
Choose between displaying Campaign Performance metrics as a graph or list.
Edit the Performance window in the following ways:
View As: Select whether the information is viewed as a graph or as a list presented in a table.
Choose Series: Select which metrics will appear in the graph or table.
Date Range: Select the date range from which the Campaign data is being derived.
Platforms
To add a window including information about the metrics associated with each platform of the selected Campaign, select "Platforms".
Edit the Platforms window in the following ways:
Select Columns: Select the metrics to be displayed within the Platforms window of the Campaign Report.
Choose Platforms: Select which platforms are to be displayed in the Campaign Report.
Show Table Totals: Choose whether or not to display Totals for each column in the final row of the table.
Date Range: Select the date range from which the Campaign data is being derived.
Metrics
Customize the metrics displayed within the Metrics window.
Edit the metrics window in the following ways:
View As: Select to view the metrics window as tables or as a list.
Number of Grid Columns: Select the number of columns displayed regarding the metrics of the Campaigns.
Edit the tables included in the Metrics window:
Trash Icon: Delete this section of information from the selected table.
+: Choose from the available metrics to display within the tables.
+ Add Section: Add another table to be displayed within the Metrics window of the Campaign Report.
Date Range: Select the date range from which the Campaign data is being derived.
Creators
Display Top Creators or a Creator Overview by selecting "Creators" from the Campaign Report Library menu.
Top Creators
Display the top performing Creators included in the Campaign.
Users are able to edit the information displayed in the Top Creators window in the following ways:
Select Layout: Users are able to display Top Creators horizontally or vertically.
Number of Grid Columns: The number of columns Creators are displayed in.
Choose Elements: Edit the information included in the Top Creators window.
Show Group: Display the Campaign Group the Creator resides in.
Choose Creator Selection Mode: Choose between manually selecting Top Creators, or automatically adding them according to a user-chosen metric.
Number of Creators: Determine the number of Creators included in the Campaign Report.
Sort By: Sort Creators according to various Campaign metrics.
Filters: Filter Creators according to the available filters.
Creators Overview
Display an overview of select Creators for the Campaign.
Edit the information displayed surrounding the Campaign Creators in the following ways:
Choose Elements: Select the desired information to be displayed regarding the Creators within the Campaign.
Choose Creator Selection Mode: Choose the method in which Creators are added to the Campaign Report.
Number of Creators: Edit the number of displayed Creators from the selected Campaign.
Sort By: Select the method in which Creators are sorted within the Campaign Report.
Filters: Filter for Creators to display using the available Filters.
Date Range: Select specific dates the desired Campaign Content resides within.
Content
Add elements to the Campaign Report surrounding the content included in the Campaign.
Users are able to add and edit the following elements:
Top Content: View the top performing content from the selected Campaign.
Content Overview: Users are able to view a summary of Campaign content at a glance
Content by Creator: View the Campaign content sorted according to the Creators that created them.
Top Content
Users are able to edit the information displayed within the Top Content window by selecting the pencil icon that appears when the user hovering over the element.
Choose Layout: Choose between displaying content in a vertical or horizontal fashion.
Number of Grid Columns: Determine the number of pieces of content displayed columns
Choose Metrics: Select the metrics to be displayed with the top content of the Campaign.
Truncate Captions: Choose between full or shortened versions of the content captions displayed.
Choose Content Selection Mode: Users are able to choose displayed content manually, or Tagger is able to pull in top content automatically.
Manage Content: Selecting "Manage Content" enables users to manually sort and filter through Campaign content and make manual selections.
Number of Posts: Decide the number of posts to display within the Campaign Report.
Sort By: Sort Campaign Content utilizing the available options within Sort By.
Filters: Search for Campaign content using Tagger Filters.
Date Range: Select specific dates the desired Campaign Content resides within.
Content Overview
Display content from the selected Campaign by selecting "Content Overview" from the Campaign Report Library.
User are able to edit the information displayed within the Content Overview window in the following ways:
Choose Elements: Select which information is displayed below the content from the Campaign.
Content Selection Mode: Users are able to choose displayed content manually, or Tagger is able to pull in top content automatically.
Manage Content: Selecting "Manage Content" enables users to manually sort and filter through Campaign content and make manual selections.
Number of Posts: Select the number of posts displayed within the Content Overview window.
Sort By: Sort Campaign content utilizing the available options within Sort By.
Filters: Filter for Campaign content using the available Tagger Filters.
Date Range: Select specific dates the desired Campaign Content resides within.
Content by Creator
Display Campaign content based on the Creator that produced it.
Users are able to edit the Content by Creator window in the following ways:
Choose Elements: Select which metrics are displayed within the Content by Creator window.
Show Group: Display the Campaign Group the selected Creator is in.
Creator Selection Mode: Users are able to choose displayed content manually, or Tagger is able to pull in top content automatically.
Number of Creators: The number of Creators displayed within the Report.
Sort By: Sort content by utilizing the available sort functions.
Filters: Display desired content using Tagger Filters available under this section.
Date Range: Select specific dates the desired Campaign Content resides within.
Custom
Users are able to add custom Text or Image windows to the Campaign Report by selecting "Custom".
Users are able to add a custom window that contains text or an image.
Text
Users are able to add and edit a window that includes customizable text.
Image
Users are able to add and edit a window that includes customizable text.
