When a Creator opts in or authenticates into Tagger, both Tagger and the brand hiring Creators have access to first-party post metrics. Opt in to allow brands and agencies to automatically pull in Creator Instagram Stories, Post Impressions, and Post Reach Metrics. This data is only available for Campaigns that include the Creators.
To confirm a Profile is authenticated, follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Select a Profile and head to the 'About' tab.
Step 2:
Scroll to the second element of the About tab, 'Social Platform.'.
Step 3:
Check the authentication status of the Creator.
Some indicators offer insight into whether Creators have authenticated into Tagger. These indicators convey the level of data that is available for each tier. The three types of Instagram Account indicators to be aware of are as follows:
Red: Instagram Account is a Public Personal Account
Tagger cannot access up-to-date post or engagement rate data for Profiles connected to a personal account. Creators need to convert their Instagram Account to a Creator/Business Account before doing so. Creators with a red indicator on their Profiles can still be hired for Campaigns, though all of their content and metrics must be added manually to the Campaign Summary.
Yellow: Instagram Account is a Public Creator/Business Account
Tagger can access up-to-date in-feed post and engagement rate data via the public API, and Creators can authorize their Instagram Account on the Creator Portal. Still, we cannot access a Creator's Stories, Impressions, and Reach data until they opt-in/authenticate into Tagger.
Green: Instagram Account is Authorized
Creators have a public Instagram Creator/Business Account and authorized their Instagram Account on the Creator Portal. Opting in gives Tagger access to Creators' Stories, Impressions, and Reach data (via the Insights API) for 60 days from the point that the Creator opted-in.
Filter through Creators within a Campaign according to their Authentication Status by selecting "+ Add Filters" followed by "Instagram Account Status". Here, select an authentication status to view all Creators that fall under that category.
Filter according to the Instagram Insight Status while in List View. List View provides insights into whether they've ever authenticated before, how long ago that was, and if their 60-day authentication is going to expire.
To view this information, follow the steps below.
Step 1:
View Creators within a Campaign, then toggle to 'List View.'
Step 2:
Once in List View, scroll to the left until you see the header "Instagram Insights."
