Main Functionalities

The main functionalities of rich text editor include:

Customize Message Templates

Message Templates can be customized or created on both Campaign and Organization Levels. Making changes on a campaign level will change the templates within the campaign. Making changes to templates on an organizational level will change the template across all Campaigns.

Slugs

Slugs are a way to personalize messages to Creators at scale. When messages that include slugs are sent, the slugs are automatically replaced with information about the Campaign or Creator.

Notifications

Notifications are a built-in feature allowing users to manage their and other usersโ€™ subscriptions to receive notifications about Creator Flow events related to the particular Creator.

The Subscribe/Unsubscribe button allows users to easily manage their own (or others within their organization's) subscription.

Clicking the Manage button allows the user to see a list of all subscribers and change it.

Email Statuses

We track the statuses of emails sent from Tagger to the creators. In Messenger, the user can see the status of the email by clicking on the message:

Possible statuses

  • Seen - The Creator has opened the message via email or in the Tagger Portal.

  • Not Seen - The Creator has not opened the message.
