User Mentions
More often than not, Tagger users are collaborating with coworkers across one or many Campaigns. To help facilitate clear communication across Tagger users, Creators, and Collaborators, Tagger offers User Mentions.
User Mentions allow users to mention other Agency Users, Creators, and Collaborators in Campaign communication. To mention someone in a message, select “@” on the toolbar in the message field, or type “@” to generate a list of users available to mention.
- Tagger Tips -
Once a user is mentioned, they receive an email and in-app notification to ensure that the user mentioned is efficiently informed.
Once a user is mentioned within a thread, they are added as a subscriber to that message thread until they choose to unsubscribe.

Who can be Mentioned?
User Mention capabilities change depending on who is performing the mention and where they are on-platform. Agency users, Collaborators, and Creators User Mention capabilities are outlined below.
Brand/Agency User
Brand and agency users can mention other users from different locations within Creator View. Information surrounding Creator View can be found here.

In message threads with a Creator, brand/agency users can mention Creators or fellow brand/agency users with access to the Campaign.
In message threads with Collaborators, brand/agency users can mention Collaborators or fellow brand/agency users and Collaborators that have access to the Campaign.
Internal notes can only be sent to fellow brand/agency users that have access to the Campaign.
Collaborator
Collaborators are able to mention other Tagger users and Collaborators that are part of the message thread.
