Campaign Dashboard

Tagger's Campaign Dashboard provides a quick reference to the statuses of various flow steps, enabling users to monitor the most crucial parts of each Campaign.

The Start and End dates of the Campaign can be found within the header and the Campaign's Post Monitoring status.

Below, users will find the first of the two major sections that make up Tagger's Campaign Dashboard: Campaign Goals and Creator Flow Pacing.

Campaign Goals

The Dashboard provides Campaign pacing relative to the set Campaign Goals. This includes the total Campaign Budget that has been spent, as well as how many Creators have been hired against the number of Creators within the Creator Flow

How to edit Campaign Goals?

Set or change Campaign Goals, hover over the Campaign Goals section, then select "Edit."

Please note, that utilizing Campaign Goals is entirely optional.

Creator Flow in Dashboard

The Creator Flow sections within Dashboard enable users to quickly grasp a summarized status of each section of the Campaign Flow and make an informed decision on the best next steps for the Campaign.

  • Each element of the Creator Flow in Dashboard includes a progress bar to help visualize the progress of each individual workflow step.

  • Select "Show more" to see a breakdown of the Creators status concerning the selected element.

  • Take action directly from the Dashboard by clicking the value (number of Creators) associated with each status item in the Component.

    • For example, if a user wants to see a pre-filtered list of all Creators that have received an outreach message, they need to (within the Outreach Component in Dashboard) select the value associated with "Delivered" to see the Creators that have been sent an outreach message.

    • This allows users to quickly navigate to specified Creator groups, which facilitates moving Creators through the flow more seamlessly.

🔹 Tagger Tip 🔹

Individual Creator Flow elements are tracked against the total number of activated Creators that are relevant to that section that also requires action.

For example, the Outreach section displays how many Creators have been delivered an Outreach message, how many have responded, and even how many Creators are missing emails. This provides insights as to whether there is anything to be done for that step in the flow.
