Step 1: Click on Discovery

Step 2: Click '+ Add Profile'

Step 3: Select Profile Type, Gender (if applicable), Category, and Location

Step 4: Add the URLs to all applicable social platforms and click 'Add'

Step 1: Select the 'About' tab within a Profile, navigate to "Social Platforms", and click '+ Add Platform'

Here, you are able to select the desired social platform, then paste the complete URL in the field below

If there are multiple profiles for the same Creator, they can be merged by following the steps below:

Step 1: Select the 'About' tab within a profile, click the ellipsis and select 'Merge Profile'

Step 2: Find the profile by name or handle and click 'Merge Profiles'

Creators can have multiple emails or decide to change which one to use. If this is the case, update or add a Creator's email address by following the steps below:

Step 1: Select the 'About' tab within a profile, navigate to Organization Defaults and select the 'Email Address' field

Step 2: Change or add an email address and select 'Update'

Please note, users can only change emails for profiles who have not authenticated their account with Tagger. If a Creator has reached out wanting to update their email, they can do so by following the steps in this article.

If you would like to add additional contact information such as the Creators agent email or secondary email (only users from your organization can see this information) you can add a profile custom text field by following the steps in this article.
