Upon initial Campaign creation, users are taken to the Campaign Settings. Please note that Campaign Settings can be updated at any point by selecting 'Campaign Settings' from within the Campaign.

Here, users can change the Campaign Details or Monitoring aspects of the Campaign. Select 'Monitoring' to change any monitor parameters of the Report.

The parameters available within the Monitoring tab include:

  • Campaign Date Range

  • Brand Mentions

  • Hashtags, Keywords, and Phrases

Campaign Date Range

Set the start and end dates for the Campaign. The dates and times set here signals Tagger to begin and end pulling in content from Creators that have been marked as 'hired' within the Campaign.

Brand Mentions

Tagger pulls in content when the hired Campaign Creators mention one of the social handles associated with the brand Profile in the Details tab or includes the exact text as any indicated HKPs (i.e., tags @PerfectSettings or types 'PerfectSettings').

Posts 'pulled in' to the Campaign in this manner will show up in the Campaign Summary.

Hashtags, Keywords, and Phrases for Post Monitoring (HKP)

Here, add any hashtags, keywords, or phrases (HKP) to include for post monitoring. These HKPs are what Tagger pays attention to when pulling in campaign content from the Campaign Creators. Then, the associated content is pulled into the Campaign Summary and the brand's Tagger Profile.

Follow the steps below to add multiple hashtags, keywords, or phrases:

Step 1:

Enter the desired hashtag, keyword, or phrase.

Step 2:

Select "+".

Step 3:

Enter an additional desired hashtag, keyword, or phrase.

HKPs utilize Boolean or AND/OR/NOT logic to monitor and pull content for Campaign Posts. For more information on Boolean Logic, head here.
