Creator Flow
Updated over a week ago

Create a customized workflow for individual Campaigns within 'Creator Flow' in the Campaign Settings.

🌀 Tagger Tip 🌀

Customizations may only be performed by users assigned the roles of Manager or Editor.

Find the best way to complete tasks for each Campaign, then customize how users and Creators work through them. Start by navigating to the Campaign Settings and selecting 'Creator Flow.'

Once here, use the toggles to turn elements of the Creator Flow on or off, or reorder them using drag and drop to modify the order each element is completed within the Campaign.

Changes made here are available for preview in the right-hand panel, giving users a view of the Creator Flow and how it will look in a Campaign.

Add or manage Creator Custom Fields from this screen. More information about Creator Custom Fields can be found here.

Head to Manage Creator Custom Fields to create information-gathering opportunities within this Creator View.

Global Customization

Organization Admins can configure the default workflow in all Campaigns within Organization Settings.

Please note that any changes made at the Organization level will affect the Campaigns that do not have a customized Creator Flow defined.

In other words, once a user has changed the Creator Flow for a single Campaign, the changes made in that Campaign Creator Flow (in Organization Settings) won't reflect in that customized Creator Flow unless it gets reset.

Effects of Customizing a Campaign

Customization of Creator Flow is reflected in multiple sections of the Campaign. If any element is turned off, they may not appear within the following areas of a Campaign run on Tagger:

  • Sections within Creator View

  • Sections within Campaign Dashboard

  • Creators List View columns

  • Creator Filters

  • Bulk Actions for Creators
