Published Content is similar to the Content section of Summary. It enables users to monitor and manage Content that has been published by an individual Creator within a Campaign.
The Published Content section offers a summary the posts published by the Creator that meet the Campaign parameters.
Manually add a Creator's post to the Campaign Summary by selecting "Add" within the Published Content section.
Easily view post details by selecting one of the available thumbnails.
Complete Planned Content
When viewing post details, users have the opportunity to select "Complete Planned Content" to manually link Campaign Content from Creators to the Planned Content.
Users have then opportunity to select a matching piece of Creator’s Planned Content.
This step allows users to pace content completion relative to a Creator’s Plan. As Content becomes complete, you'll see how many pieces of Content have been completed vs. how many have been planned, within the Plan Component.
The "Cost" on a published piece of Content is pre-populated by completing a piece of Planned Content, and can be manually overridden by users while keeping a reference to the initial Planned Cost value. Please Note: There will only be one cost displayed on a published piece of content (the planned cost) until a revision is made by the user.
