Plan
Tagger's Plan Component allows users to build a Creator Plan, in which content and associated Costs are laid out. Each Creator’s Plan can then be shared, optionally, with the Creator in the form of a Proposal.
Configuration
A Creator’s Plan consists of:
Planned Content - These are templates for content drafts that can be used later in Content Approval.
Planned Cost - This can be defined on the level of individual posts or as a total sum (which is then equally split across the Planned Content).
Planned Content
When adding Planned Content, it is essential to specify the Platform and Content Type for each piece added. Other options available when creating Planned Content include:
Name - This is where users add custom names for each piece of content.
Please note, that if this field is left blank, Tagger will automatically generate a name.
Publication Date - This date will be used as a due date for publishing the piece of planned content.
If Campaign Content is not submitted on time, the Planned Content will be marked as "overdue," triggering warning notifications for users and Creators alike.
Planned Cost - This is the amount in the Cost field of a published or completed post.
Please note, that this field can be filled in manually if post-level costs are enabled.
Link Tracking - Here, users are able to configure a short link to be associated with a piece of Planned Content.
Content Approval - Toggle Content Approval "off" in order to create a piece of Planned Content that skips the Content Approval phase.
If toggled on, the Content Approval phase will be enabled, and users will work closely with the Creator to create the desired content.
Concept Phase - Toggle the Concept Phase "on", not only to work on a piece of content within the Content Approval flow but to add an extra layer of collaboration between Creator and Tagger User.
Planned Cost
There are two ways to allocate costs among Planned Content within a Plan:
Fill in the Total Planned Cost, and toggle on "Split Equally," which will equally distribute the Total Planned Cost across all pieces of Planned Content.
Turn off "Split Equally" and fill in post-level costs manually, which will be summed for the Total Planned Cost.
Usage
Planned Content and Content Approval
Easily access Campaign Content drafts by selecting the piece of Planned Content in the "Plan" box.
The drafts in Content Approval are created only after the Creator gets hired. This means that, effectively, access to drafts is not granted until the Creator is hired:
Plan Completion
Once a Creator is hired, the Plan section begins to pace the completion of the Creator’s Plan. The Plan is completed when all pieces of Planned Content are completed, meaning the Planned Content is associated with a published post.
Overdue Planned Content
Pieces of Planned Content have a Publication Date which the user defines. Tagger tracks whether the content is published on time when the Creator is hired. If not, the content is marked as Overdue.
Please note, if a Creator Plan contains even one piece of overdue Content, the whole Plan is marked as Overdue.
Creator Plans in other Locations of Campaigns
Planned Content is pre-populated in the Content Planning tab of Campaign Settings.
The amount input to the "Planned Cost" field is used for Campaign Budget pacing once the Creator is hired.
The cost associated with Planned Content is transferred to Published Content upon completion. This cost is then available in the Campaign Summary and used for the calculation of any cost-based metrics.
A holistic overview of a Creators’ Plans is available in Campaign Dashboard.
Share as Proposal
Creator Plans can also be shared with the Creator as a Proposal. This means that the plan is able to be sent to the Creator and is visible within the Creator Portal.
Edit Proposals before sending them to Creators by selecting "Edit".
Once you "Share," the Proposal becomes public. Send Proposals to the Creators using pre-filled messages, copy the link and distribute it in Messages or off-platform. However, you'd like.
Please note, that the shareable link to the Proposal is unique to each Creator and reflects the current status of that specific Creator Plan.
If a Proposal is public and has not yet been approved or declined, changes made to the Plan will automatically reflect in the Proposal.
Proposals can be approved or rejected by Creators - this is reflected as a green or red icon in the Plan box, next to the Proposal label.
