Customize Your Collaborator Portal

When Collaborators go to collaborator.taggermedia.com/login, they see a Tagger-branded login page. Tagger allows users to white label the Collaborator Portal so the page matches the agency or brand's look and feel.

If interested in a white-labeled experience, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager and provide the following information:

Icon

A square logo with a maximum height of 40px.

Custom Banner

Create a customer banner so that when Collaborators log in, they see a branded page including an image or logo from your brand or agency. If users decide on a logo, the rest of the screen is filled with a dark color unless your Customer Success Manager receives an alternative HEX color code.

Tagger Tip

When it comes to formatting, SVG is the preferred format to PNG.

  • SVG files are more scalable and do not have a size requirement.

  • PNG files must have at least a 1000px width and height.

A bigger image is always better than a smaller one, as it is easier to downsize an image while remaining high quality than it is to make it larger.

A Subdomain

As it stands, Collaborators go to collaborator.taggermedia.com to log into Tagger. If the brand or agency wants its name to appear before the domain taggermedia.com, for example, socialites.taggermedia.com, please provide that information to your Customer Success Manager.

A Favicon

This small image appears inside the URL box or on the tab when you land on a website. The most compatible size is 32x32, but we can resize it if necessary. If the favicon is smaller than 32x32, we cannot resize it. Please note that if Tagger does not receive a favicon, Tagger uses its own.
