Discovery Views

Discovery is not only Tagger's database of over over 6 million Creators but a powerful search engine to efficiently filter through and find the best Creators for a Campaign.

Organize Discovery in one of two ways: Grid View, where Creators are displayed using Creator Cards, or as a List, where Creators and their accompanying metrics are shown in a list format.

To switch from viewing Creators in Grid view to List view, navigate to the top of the page, then select the Grid/List toggle to the right.

Grid

The Discovery page, by default, displays Creators in Grid view. In Grid view, view Creators using Creator Cards, a summary of the Creator Profile. Creator Cards include the following information:

  • Creator's most-engaged content

    • Navigate through these high-engagement posts using the arrows on either side of the card.

  • Profile Name

  • Tagger Category

  • Linked social media profiles.

    • Hover over these icons to see a Creator's audience breakdown by platform.

List

List view, available by selecting the Grid/List toggle in the top right of the page, summarizes the Profile's associated metrics.

Customize column headers by selecting "+" to the right of those column headers. This selection can enable sorting functionality in List view and Grid view, explained below.

Sort Search Results

Choose from over 100 unique metrics to organize searches in Discovery! Results on the Discovery page, by default, are displayed in Grid view and ranked according to "Descending by Total Audience Size."

The Discovery search results update dynamically as filters and sort functions are selected. For example, after applying a filter for Profile Affinity, the results displayed have already been sorted by Profiles with the highest Affinity to the specified Profile.

Select "Sort by" to customize how search results are organized, then select from the available Filters.

Additional sort metrics are available by viewing results as a List, then selecting "+" to the right of the column headers.

There are three sections to choose from:

  • Profile

  • Audience

  • Content

Select the down carrot to the right to reveal an extensive list of filters to add to List View, then add them to the sort menu.

Select any of these metrics to add them to the default sort menu for easy access. Please note that changes will remain in the individual user's menu for later use. Select " Restore Default Columns " to return these menu options to Tagger's Default Sorts, select "Restore Default Columns."

Add a Profile to Tagger

Every user can add a Profile to Tagger from the Discovery page, but before doing so, it is best practice to collect the complete URLs from the Creator's social media profiles.

Step 1:

Select "+ Add Profile" in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 2:

A window populates on the page that prompts users to add General Information and social profile URLs.

General

Profile Type*- Tagger Profiles are classified as 'Individual' (i.e., a Creator that could take part in influencer marketing) or a 'Brand' (i.e., a business offering a product or service).

Gender*- If the Profile is an Individual, select from one of our provided Gender options. Please note this option is not available for Profiles designated as a "Brand."

Category*- Select one of Tagger's 42 Categories that best fit the Profile. Please note some Categories are specific to Profile Type.

Labels- Organizations that have created Labels can search for and apply them directly to a Profile during creation.

  • Create new Labels within this screen by typing in the desired name for the new Label and selecting "+ New Item."

Location- This field allows users to add a location to the Profile. For individuals, this generally refers to where they live. For brands, this generally refers to where the company headquarters reside.

Social Media

Social Media*- Copy and paste social media profile URLs here. Please note it is essential to include the full URL (ex. https://www.instagram.com/handle) for each social platform.

** To create a Tagger Profile, at least one of the URLs added here must be from one of the following platforms: Instagram (Business or Creator Account), TikTok (Public Account), Facebook (Public Page), Twitter, or Youtube. **

-Tagger Tip-

If the "Add" button is grey and unclickable, check that all required fields (marked with an *) have been filled in completely.

If a URL exists within a Tagger Profile, the new information gets added to the existing Profile.

Additional Discovery Features

There is a multitude of ways to utilize Discovery. The following section outlines additional features that will help make using Discovery as seamless as possible.

Performing simple actions in bulk increases productivity and efficiency when working with multiple Creators. Users can select numerous Creators in Discovery by hovering over a Creator Card and selecting the white box in the top-left.

Select a Creator Card to trigger a menu bar at the bottom of the page.

From left to right, the three buttons in this menu bar represent the following actions:

  • Export to PDF, JPEG, or PNG: Create and export reports featuring the selected Profiles. Name the file, choose a template, and export!

  • Add to Campaign: Add the selected Profiles to an existing Campaign. Choose from an existing Project, Campaign, Campaign Group (if applicable), then select add!

  • Labels: Add the selected Profiles to an existing Label or create a new Label that includes the selected Profiles. Remove existing Labels from the selected Profiles using this same method: search for a current Label, then select "Remove."

After applying the relevant filters and sort functions, select the top search results within Discovery in amounts of 50, 100, 250, 500, and 1,000.
