Prepare Product Fulfillment for the Creator

Tagger's integration with Shopify enables users to send product fulfillment requests to Creators as part of the Proposal within the Campaign workflow.

To create a Product Fulfillment request, head to the desired Campaign Settings, then select 'Creator Flow.'

Please note that to share the Product Fulfillment module with a Creator, the Agency User must send a Proposal with Product Fulfillment enabled.

Now head over to the right side of the screen, find 'Shopify Product Fulfillment' and press 'Manage'.

Within the Product Fulfillment section of Campaign Settings, there are two areas of configuration: Settings and Customization.

Settings

Select 'Settings' to set the flow for Product Fulfillment Requests, such as price limits or the option to hide the prices of products from Creators.

There are two ways orders can be sent to Shopify: automatically sending the order upon the Creator's completion of the Product Fulfillment Request or after the Agency Users have reviewed it and submitted it to Shopify.

By default, the 'Send the Order to Shopify Immediately after Creators fill their preferences' toggle is off, meaning Agency Users must manually approve all Product Fulfillment Requests completed by Creators before the order is sent to Shopify.

For information on Manual Order Creation, head here.

If this feature is toggled on, orders are immediately sent to Shopify following the Proposal's acceptance.

Leave this feature off to, for example, audit Creator's delivery addresses or ensure product variety among Creators.

Order configurations impact the actual Product Fulfillment Flow. It's recommended to send the order to Shopify shortly after the Creators fill in their preferences.

Hide Prices

The following available customization is 'Hide Prices.' The prices of products within the Product Fulfillment Request are shown by default. Turn this feature on to hide the costs of the products available to Creators within the Proposal.

Max Number of Products and Cost of Products

Here, users must decide the maximum number of products Creators can select and, if users choose, a limit on how much Creators can spend on products.

Products

The 'Products' section allows users to add the products included in the Proposal before sending them to Creators.

Add Products to a Campaign

Step 1:

Select '+.'

Step 2:

Select a Shopify Store.

Step 3:
Select from the list of available products to be included in the Campaign. Then select 'Add.'

Step 4:

Select the lock icon to make products mandatory selections.

  • Once products have been selected and added to the Campaign, they can be made mandatory. If products are made mandatory, the Creator must choose those products as a part of their Proposal. To make a product mandatory, select the lock icon next to the desired product.

Customization

This tab lets users decide how the product fulfillment experience looks to Creators. These settings are purely cosmetic customizations meant to create a pleasant and understandable experience for Creators.

Make any of the following modifications by selecting the desired text to change.

Product Title

By default, 'Select Products' is the copy the Creator sees when they receive the Product Fulfillment Request.

Any changes to the field above will change the text in the Creators' Product Fulfillment Request (highlighted below).

Products Description

The product description is 'Select the products you would like to receive' by default but can be changed in the Campaign Settings.

Out of Stock Message

This setting adjusts the error message visible when the Creator is trying to select a Product that is out of stock.

Shipping Information Description

Here, users can adjust the copy visible to Creators when they provide their Delivery Address. By default, this text is 'Please be sure your shipping address is up to date.'

Confirm the Creator's Product Selection

In the following scenario, the user selected the 'Send the Order to Shopify immediately after Creators fill in their preferences' checkbox in the Product Fulfillment settings.

If a user confirms the product selection before creating the Shopify Order, it is still possible to edit the Creators' choice of Products and their Delivery Addresses.

However, after selecting 'Confirm,' the order will be created in Shopify and can no longer be edited.

After the order is created in Shopify, track it via Shopify's website.
