Users have the ability to pay Creators through Tagger's custom integration with PayPal. Through this integration, Admins are able to grant an entire Organization Payment Rights so that users can see the payment activity within the group, including:
The user that requested a payment be made.
The Campaign in which the payment took place.
The Creator that received the payment.
The status of the payment.
A customized date range in which payment(s) took place.
Please note, in some cases, this right will not be enabled, however, if it is enabled, users will be able access payment history within the entire Organization.
Enable Access to Payments
Step 1:
Select the user icon.
Step 2:
Select “Payments”.
Step 3:
Select "Invite User".
Step 4:
Fill out the following information:
Email address of the desired user.
An optional personal message.
Step 5:
Select "Invite".

If a user is given this right but is not an editor or a manager of a Campaign, they will not be able to create a new payment. They will only be able to execute an existing payment, or mark a Creator as paid.
